- Chisato Tanaka draws portraits of people that hover between fiction and reality. For this event, she will reside in Kogane-cho for one month to produce portraits of people she meets in the town, which will be displayed in different locations in the area during the festival. She is also planning to display all of the portraits in one location at the end of the event.
