mujikobo is composed of several artists, working mainly in photography, who are constantly questioning "what is photography?" The exhibitions organized by mujikobo intentionally feature not only photography but also different mediums in order to trigger discussions about photography as a medium. mujikobo is directed by photographer, Hironao Kuratani. During the Koganecho Bazaar 2014, mujikobo will hold a series of exhibitions by several artists, which will challenge the existing territories of each medium and the notion of pure expression.
