世界中に仕掛けられたウェブカメラが捉える映像と、新しく黄金町に設置したマイクロフォンで拾われるまちの音、それらをインターネットによって偶発的に組み合わせるサウンドインスタレーションを制作した。また、7月31日（金）には、試聴室その2の舞台で、電子機器を使った実験音楽のライブも行った。
Jérôme Joy took images captured by webcams installed around the world and used the internet to create an installation randomly pairing these images with sounds recorded by microphones newly installed in Koganecho. Also, on Friday, July 31, he held a live performance using electronic devices to produce experimental music at Shichoshitsu ver.2.

Born in France in 1961, Joy is professor at École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts à la villa Arson. He is also the founder and an instructor at Locus Sonus University. He first became involved in artistic endeavors in 1982, when he gave a sound performance using electronic devices. He is also involved with participatory concerts produced using networks and databases, and with developing cutting-edge programming and network systems.
